 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had my shoulder surgery with Dr. Ratliff and Dr. Morales-Restrepo assisting at Valley, excellent hospital. Dr. Ratliff is knowledgeable and a pretty good listener. I appreciate the precision with which he gives his medical opinions. He has an engineer's eyes which I believe is critical to surgery because you want every "i" dotted and every "t" crossed. Dr. Morales-Restrepo too, always smiling with glow in eye, comforting doctor. The staff is awesome too, especially Jessie. She's very prompt in getting tasks accomplished and friendly at the same time.
