Dr. Joseph Pyun is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon with more than nine years of experience. Specializing in minimally invasive surgical techniques, he treats a wide variety of spinal conditions and disorders, including spinal stenosis, disc herniations, pinched nerves, spondylolisthesis, spinal cord compression, and more.
Dr. Pyun completed his orthopedic residency at New York Medical College – Westchester Medical Center and his spine surgery fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He has co-authored several notable research publications in the field of spine surgery and orthopedics, including robotic spine surgery, and is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society. Dr. Pyun holds privileges at several hospitals, including NYU Langone and Hudson Regional Hospital.
